STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE ASSOCIATION "FRANCE-KAZAKHSTAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY"

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of strategic management of an international organization using the example of the Association "France-Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry". The main focus is on analyzing the processes of strategy formation and implementation, taking into accountexternal and internal factors affecting the organization's activities. The article examines the theoretical foundations of strategic management of international associations, including models of strategic analysis, tools for assessing the external environment and approaches to digital transformation. Using the example of CCI FC, the organizational structure, mechanisms of interaction with members and partners, key projects and programs, as well as the important strategic role of political, economic, socio-cultural and technological factors are studied. Special attention is paid to the issues of effective adaptation of the long-term strategy to the conditions of global instability and changes in the international economic environment. The analysis shows that this strategic management in the Association is systematic, integrated and aimed at strengthening bilateral economic ties, developing a partner network and increasing competitiveness. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn about the importance of a strategic approach for sustainable development, digitalization and the innovative potential of the organization, as well as practical recommendations for further improving strategic management and increasing the effectiveness of the Association.
