Manuscripts submitted to the editorial office of the journal and meeting the formal requirements, design requirements and the indicator of originality based on verification through the plagiarism verification system are necessarily sent for further review.

The review of articles is carried out by independent experts — scientists or specialists in the relevant field of the submitted manuscript, who are not members of the editorial board (editorial board). Each article submitted to the editorial office and corresponding on demand is sent to 2 independent reviewers. Scientific articles that are designed in strict accordance with the requirements for articles and have been verified in the Anti-Plagiarism system are allowed to be reviewed.
